Ethereal Tactics has faith-centered roots that highlight the significance of Christ and the living word of God. I also recognize the strength found in preparation through prayer  and meditation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Using these tools I believe your path to excellence is clear. With that said, my goal is to improve your internal feedback, through daily devotionals, Sunday bible studies and Christian Zen meditations. Specialized life programs are also used. The process relies on consistent practice.

The Hybrid Training Program

The Ethereal Tactics program is a 1 on 1 faith driven hybrid personal training system specializing in improving your overall wellness. With a structured systematic approached we will increase your performance & build your faith. Through, structured Christian Zen Meditation Practice we get you focused. With the practice of Meditation we master your breath and unveil a clearer sharper and precise mind. This is what sets Ethereal Tactic's Hybrid Program apart. As we introduce the importance of your breathing we will build you into an elite warrior.

 

When we first get started, we meet to discuss your goals, motivations & expectations. Than we do an assessment to gage your fitness level, find your strengths and uncover your weaknesses. 

 

Then I will professionally create your intrinsic based personalized training plan. This includes, meditations, stretching, cardio , strength training, core & martial arts skill drills.

​To go deeper, your program will focus on improving your speed, agility, power, stamina & endurance for performance.   While focusing on improving your speed and agility with motor behavior drills and building strength and power through velocity concentric and eccentric movements you will stand victorious. Also, with long-duration strains, we’ll boost your stamina and endurance, ensuring you reach your goals.
